Call to order – 7:05 pm
In Attendance – Faith Kenton, Jay Osborne, Daniel Phipps, Ursula Roskoski, Debbie Stoloff, Carole Williamson, Barbara Wright, Pam Wright.
Purpose – This meeting was called by Barbara Wright to approve the submission of a grant proposal to the Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut. The purpose of the grant would be to fund the hiring of a landscape architect to redesign the Plaza and Threadway of the Garden on the Bridge. Copies of the grant proposal had been previously sent to all members of the Garden Club board to be
read and commented on in advance of the meeting.
Results – A vote was taken to submit the grant proposal and it was unanimously approved.
